My experience with Gerber was excellent from the time I took my car in, until the time my car was complete. The entire staff was very professional. I would recommend them to everyone I know who may need repair of any sort on their vehicle. My car look show room ready. They kept me informed of my completion date. My car was ready a week sooner than expected.

I stopped at this Gerber location, because of location, close to where I live in Oak Forest. I had put a scratch on my vehicle backing out of the garage. I was sick because my vehicle was just over 2 years old. I was met at the lobby by Don H. manager of Gerber. Told him of my story we went out to look at the damage. Don explained that he could have the vehicle taken to the back puff it and touch it up and that I should wait until winter has passed and if in the Spring I would still like to have it repaired he would do an estimate for me. I agreed and my vehicle was worked on. While waiting which was less then half hour he offered me coffee, soda or water. We talked about the facility and the staff. Gerber was on top of their game! They not only quoted me a great price within my price range, they also gave me a timeline as to when my car would be done with repairs. Anyone I spoke to, whether it was on the phone or in person, everyone was so nice and helpful. All of my questions were answered and my car was done before the day they initially quoted! Super nice, good and quality work, clean. Overall awesome service.

From the time we called to bring our car in for repair, Gerber was most helpful. Jessica was gracious and courteous; Stephanie gave us our estimate in a timely and friendly manner; we did not think we'd need a rental car, but when we did, we were able to get a great car from Enterprise. Updates via cell phone were helpful, and the car was done ahead of schedule.
