The car came back looking great. The paint and detail was a great match. It looks like it did when brand new. Your staff was very knowledgable and helpful with all of our questions. The car was ready on time as the estimator said. I am very happy with the results and would take any or our other cars to Gerber if we ever needed to. The young women at the front desk, who's name escapes me, help me arrange for the rental car, and explained all of the estimate and repair paperwork. She along with the women who gave us the estimate were very friendly and courteous.

I am pleased to say, I received excellent service at the Gerber collision in Oak forest Il. They kept me updated through the process with text messages. Letting me know the status . Everyone that i had dealt with there, were very nice. When i went to picknup the car.. they went over the repairs... Not only did they fix the outside of the vehicle . I was beyond pleased with the service I received at the Gerber Collision in Oak Forest. Everyone there was very nice, my vehicle was completed when they said it would be. I loved getting the text messages letting me know about the status of my vehicle. Everyone there that I dealt with was very nice. Not only did they fix the outside of my vehicle, it was a nice surprise to have the inside cleaned as well. Would highly recommend this location!!!

I was in an auto accident. Other vehicle's insurance was Hartford and they referred me to Gerber. I was very satisfied with the way they handled me and my auto. All repairs were done in a timely manner with no problems. They treated me with the utmost respect and answered all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with everything and did not expect such professionalism in this day and age.
