Great service as well as a timely repair! Staff was very pleasant and the communication updates of the status of repairs were awesome and greatly appreciated. Will be coming back to this Gerber Collision in the future if need be! Very pleased with the whole process.

Gerber did a minor body repair on my Nissan. .. took 20 minutes Charged me... Nada ! WIll recommend to others for sure ! Professional , helpful.

Body repair technician did a PERFECT job on repair of the collision damage. Jessica at the front desk is a perfect fit. Always pleasant to greet customers and help with any questions. Stephanie the estimator is a pleasant person to do business with. Donald H. is a great person to do business with. Handles problems promptly and satisfies the customer. If I need aditional body or glass work in the future, this IS my place to get it done.

when your vehicle is damaged it is a stressful time but once I contacted Gerber I felt that I was the only customer they had. the car rental from enterprise was effortless and I was kept informed of the repair process from start to finish.my "baby" looks like nothing happened !thanks to don H. and the Gerber team.

I originally had my passenger window replaced by this Oak Forest location. They were very quick and easy to work with regarding scheduling and repair. The technician came right to my place of work and replaced the window on the spot. Unfortunately the technician had damaged the door panel during replacement. When I called the office to report the damage they were again very accomodating and fixed the damaged that was done in a very timely manner. They also covered the expense of the rental car for the few days my vehicle was in the shop. The office staff was excellent, and my vehicle looks as good as new! Thank you to all that helped, it was much appreciated!

Last summer I went to Gerber Collision & Glass for the first time. I had a slight accident and did some damage to my passenger door ( I misjudged a turn and sideswiped my door on my own on a post ). General Manager Don H. and his staff fixed up my car like new. I was very pleased with the service that I received. On the 11th of March my car driver door mirror was vandalized while I was at work. The following week I went back to Don at the Oak Forest location and ordered a new mirror. The work done was top quality and I am very pleased. I did not go through insurance because I have a five hundred dollar deductable. With this said, I took a big hit on this vandalism. I am now going to save up a bit to have my driver door refinished and a dent removed ( the broken mirror caused a dent and some scratches ). Once again, I will be going to ... read more

I don't even know where to begin.... I get there and I am besides myself and don't know where to start with getting my car fix. The girls are like no worries first. 1) made sure I was in the system 2) called rental place for me to have come pick me up but then realized I needed car seat to take my daughter. So instead of changing the car seat in and out, the General Manager said I will drive your car there with you and your daughter with me and I will drop you to the car rental so all you have to do is get your rental and switch the car seat one time. Not only did he drive me and my daughter to the rental he made sure I had my new car and my daughter and I were safe to go before he took my car back to the shop to get fixed. The service at this location is GREAT! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They keep me up to date on what is happening step by step. My car was ready before the original date stated. This never happens. I will recommend Gerber to everyone.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I was texted daily about the progress of my repairs, it was great.
