Being in a car accident/fender bender is NEVER fun especially when it isn't your fault and you are fighting with insurances, however Gerber Collision & Glass in Highland, CA made sure my experience with them was nothing short but AMAZING. The staff was extremely nice, professional, and communicated with me very well. Although I never want to be in this situation again, but if I had to be, I would definitely make sure they take care of my car again. I felt safe and honesty with them. Jim (James M) was the service member who kept in close contact with me. He called when the timeline potentially moved back due to delays on the parts. He texted me as my car went through the repair process to keep me in the loop. Ultimately, my car was done much sooner than he prepared me for and that is the epitome of good service. Further: the receptionist was a kind woman who dealt with myself and all the other customers gracefully - while she clearly had to do multiple things at once. This team in Columbus has made one happy customer.
