I recently took my car to Buffalo Grove location for an appraisal of my car's recent damage. I talked to Julian, the estimator, and was simply beyond impressed with the professionalism and skills of this gentleman. Julian quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it thoroughly. The repair was completed efficiently to my complete satisfaction. What really stood out was their honesty of Julian -no unnecessary upselling, just quality work done right the first time. It's rare to find a trustworthy and dependable repair shop, but I can say from my experience Gerber at Buffalo Grove is one of them. I Highly recommend this place!

Pleasant experience from Christian at check-in, with Dominik in estimating, and the repair work was nicely completed. Great coordination with Enterprise rental and Erie Insurance. I was also informed of the status of the repair throughout the process. Truck was immaculate inside and out upon picking it up. Very pleased in choosing Gerber.

Awesome work. Someone took off the passenger side of my 2019 VW Passat and now you can not tell anything every happen. Great Customer service. Keep me informed throughout the repairs. Delivered the car 3 days early. Even offered to drop it off at the house. I recommend them highly.

I had a wonderful experience having my car serviced at Gerber Collision & glass. They were given the task of reparing a busted steering collar caused by attempted theft of my vehicle. My car and I were given courteous service from their receptionist and mechanics. They delivered on time and washed my car. Most importantly the work was done to satisfaction at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to others.
