My wife and I were extremely happy with the repairs made to our 2005 Toyota Solara by the Matteson Illinois Gerber team. Throughout the entire process from the moment we brought the car into this Gerber location the Estimator Casey Krivanec and General Manager Mario Pereira proceeded professionally and personally to explain the process and steps that would be taken to perform a top notch repair on our car. They both provided weekly updates on the progress of the repairs. When I went in to discuss the process my questions were handled and answers by other members of the staff. This is truly a first class repair shop that I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. I took my car into Gerber Collision and was treated with nothing but repect and kindness. The gentleman who took care of my car, Casey Krivanec, was very professional, considerate, and helpful. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a car collision company before. I do not even like taking my car to the dealer ship due to the poor treatment I had received on my last visit. Thank you for making my day easier and confirming that I will take my car to the Matteson establishment from here on out. I will definitely be recommending Casey to friends and family.

Great work!! The office stayed in contact with me whenever my status changed, they set me up with my rental right away and explained the work that was performed as soon as I came in to pick up my vehicle. Not to mention, the work was finished BEFORE my promised date on a short week because of the holiday. Overall, great experience - except, of course, having to come in because of the wreck

The general manager and staff were exceptionally professional and went out of their way to assist me. My auto was a hit & run and I was very emotional and upset that my insurance company didn't feel the vehicle was worth repair. Well, GM Mario Pereira and his staff saw my distress, offered suggestions and just performed a miracle on my 1998 Ford Explorer. It's not just the physical repairs that leaves a lasting impression, it's the way the entire staff responded to me as a person. They understood that I wasn't pleased with the recommendation of the insurance co., but they treated me like a member of their family and staff. Everyone who sees my vehicle now can't believe how good it looks.
