The person who helped me out ( his name I cant remember) with saving money and keeping my car looking new deserves a BONUS or something! instead of replacing my bumper for $640, he recommended touchup paint and took care of the scratches on my paint job. Very customer oriented people. I have dealt with people before that make you think they're doing YOU a favor, but Gerber makes you feel most important. I'm normally leery of people who work on cars. Since I am not knowledgeable myself, they sense that and "smooze" you. You can tell when you are being smoozed right off the bat but you're at the mercy of the repair people because you don't know how to do it yourself. Gerber is so professional that you know right off that you're at the right place. I felt good about that because it is so important to us women to make sure we get good work done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I am very happy with the repair work Gerber did on my car.
