Outstanding customer service - Rafeal Garcia is a real assest to your shop. He was wonderful from the minute we arrived to pick up. Went out of his way to accomidate and knew what the customer needed without us speaking a word. You don't find customer service like that anymore. He truly was wonderful and we are very appreciative!!!! I also spoke to Mario Pereira- the GM and he was so polite and gracious. 5 out of 5 stars! Keep up the GREAT work and thank you again!!!!! gerber is next door to sutton ford,where i am service manager. they always are helpful with estimates and repairs,and bailed me out big time yesterday with a problem customer who blamed our car wash for pulling loose her already damaged front bumper cover. they re-attached cover in less than 20 minutes for No Charge! this made all involved extremely happy. Thank You Team Gerber!

Mario Pereira, Alfonzo and the beautiful African American woman at the front desk were all outstanding. It has been a LONG LONG LONG time since I have experienced top customer service. My Acura MDX looks great and these three made the process very comfortable from drop-off to pick up today. As a leader, I tell my teams all the time that little things make BIG things happen when you focus on the customer and these three surely go out of their way to make it happen. Thanks again and job well done. I am sincerely a satisfied customer and will always recommend this location because of the above. Job well done and enjoy the Superbowl.

The service to my vehicle was done in an expert and professional manner. I am very pleased and satisfied. Upon bringing my vehicle in the representative was very professional and true to his word. He said that it would take three days upon completion and I would be notified with status updates by text and phone calls, the cost was exact as the estimate inspection. Upon picking up my vehicle the work was done very professionally and it was very clean inside and out. I was informed of proper thirty day care of the vehicle as well as the lifetime warranty of the repair work. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collison.

We were completely impressed from the moment I initially walked into the Matteson facility. The professionism shown by Mario Pereira and later by Jeffrey Earp was beyond anything I have experienced in a long time. The handling of my repairs and communication with my insurance company made this an extremely easy process for me. Most importantly wes the quality of the workmanship. The work was outstanding! Besides the work done we appreciated the interior and exterior cleaning of the car. The only thing missing was the new car smell. We were extremely pleased with the end result and rest assured we will recommend, with complete confidence, this Gerber location to any friends or family requiring collision service. Excellent service- The car drives well and looks great, and the person I spoke to about my repairs always gave me up to date information. Also the car was ready on the estimated date given to me. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my Jeep Liberty after I was rear ended. The work was of an excellent quality and equally important was the excellent communication Gerber maintained throughout the entire process. I was not only texted about the progress of my repairs, but also called. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to bring my car back or to refer Gerber to anyone needing body work!!!

The service I had a Gerber Collision & Glass was outstanding for a number of reasons. Teresa got me in as soon as I called to make the appointment and the bag that she gave me to put my stuff in when I cleaned my stuff out was a nice bag. Next Louie was thorough when he explained to me what needed to be done to my car and he was I liked the he called every 2 or 3 days and gave me updated on the status of my car, that way I was able to have an idea of how much gas I needed to keep in the rental car :). When I went to pick up my car today I was very pleased with how it turned out. If I ever need to have body work done on my car again I will bring it back to Gerber in Matteson.
