I had a small break in my rear fender, but I was treated like I was the only client they ever had. They gave me all the information I could possibly want, without asking. I was unable to get a rental car, so they had someone drive me home 12+ miles. I received text messages telling me the situation & progress of the repairs twice every day; and when the car was scheduled to be ready I received another message giving me a time of completion. I picked up my car within 1 minute of the time I was told it would be ready. This is an amazing, caring group of people, and although I hope I never have to use them again I will certainly sing their praises every chance I have.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Everyone in the shop was incredibly professional. The gentleman who evaluated my car (Shebeer A.) went above and beyond with checking possible options and solutions for the problem that I brought my car in for. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Sometimes as a female dealing with car issues, you are treated like you know nothing (whether you do or not). Mr. A. was so professional and helpful. The customer service was excellent and I appreciated it very much.

Gerber Collision provided excellent customer service from the moment my car arrived. I got calls & text updates regularly throughout the time my car was being repaired. Great work putting my Truck back to new condition. My Estimator kept me informed throughout the process and never made me feel out of touch. Their Guarantee is topnotch; corrected an A/C issue that was the result of some hidden damage. This is my second repair over the past 10 years at this location and both were the same quality service.

I highly recommend using Gerber at this location. They had to replace my whole back bumper and trunk. They did an excellent job and had my car in and out in a week (projected time was two weeks). I also like that they guarantee their work for the life of the car. Everyone was very nice and professional.
