This place is without a doubt the best ever. Ryan is excellent! Their service is above and beyond. I personally have been through a lot in the past month. We lost our October 9th to a tornado. My mom passed on October 11th, and my SUV was extensively damaged in that same tornado. Ryan kept me informed. He never made me wonder about what was happening with the repairs. It to mention, they completed my car in record time, and the it looks brand new! Thank you Gerber, and special thanks to Ryan. Your service is excellent.

Both employees who worked with me were excellent in their communication about my repair and facilitating my rental car during the repair. Jason worked with me to do the estimate and when I picked up my car only a few days later. The repair was perfect and completed in a shorter time period that I was expecting. Gerber will be my repair facility going forward.
