I was told my car would take three weeks because they had such a high volume and was really disappointed. However it ended up taking two weeks and they made sure to call and update every time something changed. I got my car back today and it looks perfect!

I don't know if it's training, systems, or hiring the right people. Whatever it is, keep it up. You're doing everything right. I was also impressed by the facility. Not your typical grungy body shop.

I was extremely satisfied with the repair work done by Gerber Collision. It was an incredibly easy experience. They kept me very well informed and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately; especially the woman at the front desk. The work done on my car looks amazing. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them for any future repair needs.

As far as I can tell the auto body work was done well. However, the person who provided the initial estimate was talking about "helping me" instead of fixing my car, when all I was there for in the first place was an estimate. I did go back and get the car repaired there since my insurance company uses the shop and they seemed to do a good job. Also, why is it necessary to click submit to provide feedback?
