We were very pleased with how quickly the repair was done. We were originally quoted 8 business days, then it became nearly two weeks by the time we dropped off the vehicle. It was done in 5 business days, which was a huge relief to my family because we only have one other vehicle and no car rental coverage with our insurance. The job they did on our vehicle was great, too!

Everything is done to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied, not only with their work, but also with their attention to all the details (insurance, rentals, etc.). Excellent service. Quick to get my car in. Repairs were completed a day earlier than expected. They even washed my truck (which, if I would have known they were going to do that I would given it a little TLC before dropping it off as it was pretty dirty!). For as much of a pain as having a damaged car is, you all made the experience of getting it fixed easy.
