Hello Gerber: I want to give a big "Thanks" to Paul P. for the terrific service. I had to pay for the rear bumper repair on my 2007 Toyota Highlander. I told Paul I had to get a competitive bid because it was my own $ not insurance. He said Gerber will be competitive with other body repairs shops in the suburbs and the Gerber quality will be excellent! I thought about it for a few days then agreed to select Gerber for my repair. I like your new Elmhurst facility.

I appreciated the pleasant, courteous, efficient, and friendly service I received from Paul and your front desk assistant I'm sorry I forgot her name). They kept me informed from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. I appreciated the calls and texts updates. I can't say enough great things about your staff. Previous to coming there for an estimate, I got another estimate at a shop closeby and guess what, Gerber came in under that! I also appreciated that the car rental facility was right next door.
