This place is awesome ! From beginning to end of our service was fantastic. There customer service was great they kept us in the loop every step of the way. They handled everything like if the work was being done for them. My vehicle feels and looks great ! Very happy with the work and service. This will be our service people from now on. All the people at Gerber that I dealt with for my auto repair were very courteous and helpfull. They explained exactually what had to be done to repair my vehicle, and how they were going to do it. They set a projected timetable for the repair, and either called me or texted daily to let me know how the repair was going. They arranged for an Enterprise rent a car, which was ready when I dropped my vehivle off. The way I was treated, and the quality of workmanship on the repair was very professional and extremely top notch. I would certainally recommend Gerber to anyone who need this type of service.

Excellent and friendly service! I took my 2007 Hyundai Azera to this location after getting hit in a parking lot. My back bumber was destroyed as well as some side paneling, and these guys made it even better then what it looked like new. The paint is an exact match and was done superbly, as well as the body work and door handle they replaced for me. I was given day to day updates on the progress of the car, and it was finished well before the estimated date. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and glass to anyone, and especially this location. They have done my parents car as well and they were extremely impressed with the service as well. 10/10 would take to them again!

The repairs on my car went great. Ivonne was wonderful to deal with. She was very efficient, everything she told me came true. The car had more damage than expected when they took it apart and they still delivered it on time. The repairs look great. A big thank you to Ivonne and her team.

I was again in need of Gerber Collision because I damaged my spoiler on my Lincoln MKT . I wrote a review previously about Gerber, praising them for the excellence of their work on a collision that I was involved in with my car.A few days later I forgot to close my lift gate when entering my garage and tore it off.I called Krystian my Gerber estimator and he said come in anytime and he would find the part I needed.He not only accomplished this in 1 day but it was installed within 2 days. I cannot praise Krystian and Gerber enough for the excellent customer service that they provide.

I can't say enough about the wonderful service and repairs that this agency has provided me.I was assigned a personal representative who kept me up to date on the progress of my repairs. His name was Christian and if anyone is interested in GREAT Customer Service ask for Christian.His knowledge,kindness and thoroughness to the detail of my repairs was excellent.I picked my car up yesterday after over $12,000.00 in damage and you cant even tell it was hit.They worked closely with State Farm to get the needed parts and they even worked with Enterprise which is located right next door to getting me a vehicle.I would highly recommend Gerber and their staff to anyone who needs collision or repair work done to their vehicle.

Elmhurst Gerber collision & glass did an awesome job on my car's bumper repair. They completed the repair on time and keep me updated via phone calls and text messages on the repair process.
