Had been hit from behind with rear end damage to my vehicle. I have used other companies before to repair the damage and was not happy. My biggest issue is being kept informed. I have to say, Gerber Collision and Glass has become our new body shop for our company. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I was taken care of by Krystian S. and from my first appointment, he reviewed everything, updated me on the repair daily, took care of the payment with the insurance company and even set me up with a rental from Enterprise located next door. George and all other staff were extremely courteous, prompt, and transparent about the work. I appreciated their attention to detail, and their open and honest responses to my questions. It's definitely the best experience I've ever had with an auto body shop! Last year, our minivan was hit and we used the other State Farm-approved body shop just down the street, and that was a mistake. I chose Gerber when we were hit again a few days ago, and I'm very glad I did!

Great experience...clean facility, and good customer service. Received my estimate, and had me in and out within the quoted timeline. Kept in constant communication throughout the repair. Did an entire clean-up, both interior and exterior. George was great to work with. Would highly recommend.

Hello Gerber: I want to give a big "Thanks" to Paul P. for the terrific service. I had to pay for the rear bumper repair on my 2007 Toyota Highlander. I told Paul I had to get a competitive bid because it was my own $ not insurance. He said Gerber will be competitive with other body repairs shops in the suburbs and the Gerber quality will be excellent! I thought about it for a few days then agreed to select Gerber for my repair. I like your new Elmhurst facility.
