Elise S. was so personable and really took good care to make sure I was not only communicated to throughout the process, but also that I was taken care of. Rick E. was the production manager for my car and he did a great job informing me of all that was worked on, answer my questions, and the car looks great! I was apprehensive when my Farmers insurance agent suggested going to Gerber, I wanted a mom and pop shop I could trust. My experience at Gerber was beyond my expectations even for a Mom and Pop. Gerber will be my auto shop of choice going forward, and i will recommend you to my friends and family.

I want to let you know how absolutely wonderful Teri was to my daughter and me when we found out her car had been totaled. Teri herself was going through a tough time, but she put that aside to hand me tissues and console me of our car lose. A huge hug and thank you to Teri for making our experience amazing!

Elise was just wonderful keeping the updates moving, answering questions, dealing with my stressed out self in losing my car for 27 days. She went above and beyond checking additional items out that had nothing to do with the crash. Car looked and drove beautiful. Good work to the people backstage doing the work.

The service I received from Gerber was outstanding. Teri (Teresa) and Wendy at the front desk were helpful and friendly. When I picked up my car, Teri completed all of the paperwork, knew what she was doing and handled it all well. Jason G. was my estimator. He was considerate, professional, thorough and when I left my car there for body work, he kept me apprised of the progress. He explained what was found beyond the surface appearance of the damage and what was done to repair it. The car was done in the time frame I was told it would be.
