I rarely take the time to provide feedback or submit comments but the service I received, from Jason C., was so outstanding I decided to take the time. I had been to Gerber before for insurance related repairs but this was my first "customer pay" experience. While I expected to have to defend against the "full service" quote where everything would be fixed but at a correspondingly high price, Jason instead and knowing the vehicles age, helped me get a minimum but acceptable amount of work done at a minimal price - he showed great integrity throughout the process. Because of Jason, I will be back!

I came to get a quick idea of how much and what my options were for a minor repair to my hood. Jason came out to my van, gave a quick estimate to completely repair the damage and then added paint to stop the erosion.... this free of charge. Very classy and old school! Thanks!

WOW! Not really a "major repair", but it was to me, and from the moment I walked in the doors and was greeted by Anna and Wendy, who could not have been nicer, to meeting with Jason and even speaking with Gary, these people make you feel as if you are a family member! The cost of the repairs was literally thousands of dollars cheaper than I what I had previously been led to be believe! 24 hours after dropping off my truck, it was ready to go. Again, Anna and Wendy greeting me as if they've known me for years, and Jason taking the time to explain the repairs, and asking me if I was happy, if I had any questions, and a smile on his face that was true and genuine from the start - that man truly wants to make sure that the customer is happy! Gerber did such excellent service...I had another accident and referred another person to serving up body/collision damage. The professionalism and the quality of work was beyond that i expected. After 28 years of not being involved in any need for collision consultation. I can only think that the service was way beyond from the counter people to the skilled craftsmen in the shop. Thank you for the care and expertise on all levels....I am Alive due to crash dummies doing their job and implementing design for safety. Gerber gets 10 stars in my book

Everyone was very professional. I was told exactly what services had been done to my car and was extremely happy about the text service - I knew what was being done and when. I even got my car back a week before it was scheduled to be done. Excellent team!

I've been around long enough to know that things don't always go right. I did have to bring my Gerber repaired car back for some warranty work. It was done quickly and without and dispute. To top it off Ray at Downers Grove Gerber had my faded headlights buffed and they now look like new. Five Stars!

My had been in a front end collision and the damage was misleading as to what was all i volved to bring it back to like new condition. I trusted no one other than Gerber Collision to make it right. They had kept me informed on the progress of my car as it progressed through the process of getting repaired. The mechanic Jason G had done an outstanding job of getting me an accurate quote of cost of repairs. Didn't cut corners nor let anything slide that was slightly damaged to assure structural and cosmetic integrity. They were honest and had my car back on the promised date. Could not tell anything had happened to it. Top notch workmanship and will always bring my business back for any unfortunate furture repairs.

I want to say that I was extremely happy with the overall service I received at your Downers Grove location. It started with Anna at your front desk who made the paperwork easy to navigate and explaining the whole process. The interfacing with Jason was terrific. He worked very hard at the coordination of the work and I appreciated the follow up calls for status. Anna and Jason did fantastic jobs in every aspect of this experience as well as everyone else I was in contact with on your staff. The experience was PAINLESS!!!

after getting backed into we took our car over to gerber for repairs. The entire staff was kind and professional. the car was finished ahead of schedule and when there was a small problem with some chips in the repaired area they went above and beyond to make sure that it was repaired to our satification which resulted in them having to repaint the area and provide use with a courtesy rental for the time the car was in getting repainted.
