Rick E. the Production Manager, is the best. We came to this site, which is over 20 miles from our home, to have Rick take care of our vehicle. We have had him take care of our vehicles for years and obviously, will continue to do so. It is well worth the inconvenience of the distance to have someone that you trust implicitly service a vehicle that you depend on. The work has always been top flight and this company and this shop is lucky to have him.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The exceptional employee was Ben, the Porter. First of all, he was very personable and quickly brought me to and from Gerber safely. If it was not for him, I would not have done business with Gerber because getting to Gerber and back was crucial as I had no means to get there. Ben, and his willingness to do more hours than he was scheduled for in order to pick me up, (as I was told by the staff) was a major part of what sets Gerber apart from others...outstanding bodywork and help beyond the norm. Rick E. exceeded expectations today. I greatly appreciate the excellent workmanship evident in the repair. It took a little while to get the part, but the repair was well worth it to me. I came in to have a broken bracket replaced that held a popped out rear side panel in place. The work was taken care of as scheduled within an hour during a busy Saturday morning, and including the accurate and tight fitting attachment of the mudflap and wheel well guard. Mr. E. was consistently courteous and professional in all my encounters which made it a great experience. I will certainly recommend this Gerber location for demonstrating the willingness to honor a customer's warranty. Mr. Evans went above and beyond. Thank you so much.
