Incredible customer service! They kept me posted through the whole process. Warm welcome from second I stepped in the door. Very professional and courteous people. I would highly recommend! I recently had the rail on my pickup repaired at this facility and was paid for out of pocket. They did an excellent job on the repair and cleaned my truck to look like it was brand new. I was extremely impressed and would recommend them to anyone. My truck was also completed ahead of schedule which made me even more happy.

I contacted and spoke with a member of the Gerber staff in regards to getting some repairs to the rear bumper of a 2015 Jag. Prior to contacting Gerber I took the car to the Dealer and was surprisingly turned away and referred to 2 other repair shops for estimates which turned out to be very expensive. I set a delivery date with Gerber and as promised the car was ready for pickup in just a couple of days... Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. Upon inspection of the work that was performed I found it to be done remarkably well for a job well done! I would recommend using Gerber Collision to anyone. Thanks!
