Seem to have been @ your Clermont Fla location on several occasions for front end & rear end collisions....The other guys fault. Have had nothing but the (BEST) service and workman ship in memory. Time to hit the road towing a fifth wheel, and the tailgate fails to open. I cannot hook up to fifth and until tailgate is repaired, I cannot take any other steps to heading back home. Thanks to Rosa P's care and assistance, the truck was repaired in no time at all. Repair may have been simple, but it was their people who made the difference in a bad time for me. Wow! What a great experience I had with the staff and service at the Clermont, Florida, collision shop. I took my car in on Tuesday morning for the repair of a dent in the rear bumper of my Lacrosse, and they called me the next day a said my vehicle would be ready at 1 PM. on Wednesday ( the next day). And true to their word the car was ready and washed as stated. The experience in dealing with Fernando (Estimator) was exceptional. He was polite and very professional. Derek, the general manager, was well very accommodating when I brought my vehicle in for the repair, and as well when I came in to pick it up. I can not say enough about those I mentioned and the receptionist. They all acted above and beyond the call of duty. They are a asset to your organization. Thanks again, for you service.

I have had a horrible experience with my car being involved in an accident, but the people at Gerber Collision have definitely turned this into a very positive outcome. I dealt with Scott from the beginning. He was very kind, and professional. He gave me weekly updates on my vehicle. The car was ready when promised and the car looks just like the day we drove it off the lot. I have never had such a wonderful experience with an auto body shop. I will recommend Gerber Collision to anyone that will listen, and Scott has great customer service skills. They are lucky to have him as an employee.

The friendliness of the employees was outstanding. They also did a great job of letting me know when my car repairs were completed and actually finished a day earlier than expected. The car looked great and felt great after they were done. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone who has an accident and needs their car repaired! I will definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

I was extremely happy with my experience at this shop. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly, there was supplemental damage which they handled completely by notifying Enterprise and the insurance company. Very professional every step of the way.

Definitely far exceeded my expectations. I've never dealt with a collision center before and have heard negative things about them in general. I was extremely pleased with Gerber Collision in Clermont Florida however. Very professional operation, and they did fantastic work for a reasonable price. The service was top notch. Everything about the operation is very well done. They did the intake on my vehicle in a very professional and efficient manner. Shop is clean and organized and had coffee. They very quickly assessed the damage, gave me a very fair quote, and had me almost immediately set up with a rental car. They stayed in constant touch with me in terms of the progress of the repair.
