Rosa P. and the entire team were a pleasure to work with! This was the only easy part with regards to my accident. They were so friendly and finished it a day earlier. I would recommend them to ANYONE! What a fabulous customer service environment. I wish more companies would follow suit. I must also say THANK YOU - as not only did they clean my ridiculously dirty car but they also fixed my left turn signal!! (it was on hyper flash mode for some reason and I didn't say a word about it) You guys are awesome and love that attention to detail! Cross my fingers that I don't have to experience another car wreck, but if I do - I will be back!! Thanks again~

Everyone who I dealt with at Gerber were so nice and helpful! (Enterprise to rent a car, Geico insurance adjuster and the Gerber rep). My car was quickly fixed, I was kept updated each day (minimal damage so it was in on Monday and I picked up on Wednesday morning) and the rear bumper that was fixed looked great! I could highly recommend this location to anyone I know who needed it. I came in under a zero liability claim (other person's insurance was handling so I didn't have to pay out of pocket) so I truly hope that anyone coming in having to pay out of pocket would be treated just as nice and fairly.
