Service was great and the Gerber people very helpful. My car was fixed to perfection and nicely washed when I picked it up. While my insurance company paid the balance, after deductable, Gerber was the most reasonable by over 10%. Should the need arise I certainly would return.

My car was hit while I was at work. No message was left, of course. I took it to Gerbers in Broken Arrow. I was so relieved when I left there. Arrangements would be made for a rental; they would contact my insurance company (although I did, as well); and the delivery time seemed very reasonable. The work on my car was completed a day early. My car looked wonderful, because they had also detailed it for me. They made the entire experience very easy to deal with because of their professional, yet personal approach to my problem. My car is a part of the family and was treated as such by Gerbers.

Had a new rear bumper put on my Sonata after a minor collision. Gerber was recommended by the at-fault party's insurance company, USAA. Everything was handled by Gerber in a courteous and professional manner. They were friendly and very helpful. Work was completed sooner than they estimated and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. If I had to recommend a collision repair shop I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber.
