I was impressed with the courtesy of the telephone lady. She didn't get frustrated when I had her repeat what she was saying several times. It wasn't her lack of ability to speak. It was my inability to hear. I wear hearing aides and I still have difficulty hearing. Bless her heart.The "guy" employees were super fun. They laughed at my attempt to be humorous when I told them they were my new best friends. That was because they were young and cute. They found a crack in one of my door panels. That extended the time that my service would be complete. I told the guy that if he didn't have my car finished by Friday, he would have to drive me to Oklahoma City.
