I was highly concerned about my car and what was going to happen after my accident. Shawn and James specifically were kind, patient and very understanding. They put me at ease about my situation, from the first phone call, they were timely with information and the body work and internal work on my car was exceptional. Car accidents stink no matter what but this company and the employees could not have done a better job. I'm kind of picky and very involved with a lot of questions and not one time was I disappointed. I always felt better after I called them. So happy to have my car back- it is like it was never in an accident. Thanks again!!!

On a scale of 1-10, I wouldn't normally give a 10 because I feel there is always room for improvement. But in this case, I would give Gerber Collision a 10 because they went above and beyond my expectations. They were prompt. They were very curteous. And I loved that they sent me texts daily with updates of the progress of my repairs. They called Enterprise Car Rental for me and had them there before they even finished my paperwork. Everything was so efficient. Even the mechanics in the back were polite and quick to give me assistance. I would definitely and HIGHLY wreck-ommend these guys!
