I am very pleased with the team at the Broken Arrow, OK Gerber location. My contact, Song B., was very helpfull and walked me through the process. One thing that really stands out for me was that I was unable to pick up my vehical until 2 weeks after it was done and they were very willing to work with me until I was able to pick it up.

This has been one of the most professional and friendly experiences I have had while getting my car repaired. They were in constant contact with me from the time I dropped off, going through the estimate and then at pick up time of my vehicle. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone. From the beginning when I got to Gerber Collision to the end when my car was finished and I picked it up everyone was efficient, kind, warm, friendly. The Hertz rent a car was great. Gerber's receptionist arranged everything so well with Hertz that I was taken care of very well. the Hertz people were wonderful too. Our car was fixed extremely well. When we got our car back it was clean, well taken of, looked like new. I will recommended Gerber Collision to everyone I know. They truly, overall, did a fantastic job.
