They are very efficient and timely in their work in every way. Their paper work leaves no question as to what's going to be done, when it is to be done, and how much it will cost. Their work on my car has always been very satisfactory. I also find the staff their very friendly and helpful. They are honest and go out of their way to help their customers.

outstanding customer service and great work. My brand new truck was hit pretty good, and this company not only made it look brand new but they worked with the insurance company and rental company to ensure i was properly taken care of. The staff was exceptional. Song Bui did an amazing job and keeping me informed twice a week on the status of m vehicle. If he was away Shawn was there to answer any questions I had. Becky was also very nice in making sure I was well taken care of. Overall I give the service of the company an A+. Hopefully I will not have to return but if I do I know that I will be in good hands, Thank you again Song B. and the rest of the staff in making sure I was treated fairly and well informed!

I can't say enough good things about this shop and the staff. I have used Gerber at least 4 times in the past 5 years and they have never let me down. Becky is always so friendly and helpful getting my service scheduled, calling for Enterprise to come pick me up, etc. Shawn and Song are both great to work with. Explaining what is going to be done, always setting reasonable expectations, updates throughout the process, etc. I will continue to use as well as recommend Gerber to my friends. Thanks to you all.

There service was outstanding. They even took me home after I dropped my vehicle off for repair ! They had kept me informed on the progress of the repair as well and I had forgot my coupon for the $100 dollar off my collision repair and they went that extra mile to get me one that I could use and not have to go all the way back home to get it !!! I would recommend Gerber to anybody who needs body repair they did a very professional job !
