This was my first experience with Gerber or any body shop for that matter. I felt as though I was extremely taken care of. I did not have rental care coverage on my policy and was able to take advantage of the complimentary 5 day rental car. Unfortunately, the dealer sent the wrong headliner for my vehicle, which caused a delay of an extra couple of days past the rental coverage. Shawn was gracious to extend the complimentary rental an additional week. I had a business trip throughout those extra days and did not have to worry about getting the rental back. The whole staff provided excellent communication and called twice a week to give me status updates on my vehicle. Every time anyone said they would call, I received it when they said I would. I have never been in a accident but was given 2 choices to have my truck repaired after I hit a deer and did some major damage to my front end. It was a very professional experience and I would recommend Gerber to everyone that wants a quality job to their vehicle with professional employees. A special thanks to Becky and Song who always had a smile on their face and greeted me like I was a important customer. No waiting no paperwork to hassle. They excided my expectations. My truck was actually finished 3 days before I was told it would be complete and as I am very picky I could not find one thing wrong with the repair. I would strongly recommend this company to repair your vehicle unless you don't like friendly courteous workers and a super quality job.

Top notch service by friendly, well-qualified, sincere and dedicated employees! Shawn W. told us about when the car would ready, both the soonest and the latest. He called to let us know when the soonest date wasn't going to happen and then the next day to let know that it would be ready the next day. That was earlier than the latest day! The repair made the care look as good as new at the repaired area. As promised the car was fully washed.And much to our surprise, vacuumed. We would refer friends and family to Gerber!

I took my car in to Gerber Collision after getting another estimate at a local car dealership that said it would be almost $1000 to fix my quarter panel. Song and his team looked at my car, straightened out a bracket, tightened it up and sent me on my way... at no cost! That is amazing customer service! I'll send everyone I know to them. They are honest and do great work!
