Very professional, did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It look the same as it did when I took it off the car lot. I was kept inform of the progress of all repairs . The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the lady who answered the phone (Becky) was so pleasant and helpful every time I called. I would highly recommend the Broken Arrow shop to any and everyone!!!!!!!! I know you can only rate them a 5, but they really deserve a 10+

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. I was kept in good communication on my van and its progress. Also, the assistant Becky went above and beyond to help clear up a miscommunication between the insurance's information and what they had told me previously. And they cleaned and vacuumed my van which was an added bonus. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else! Thanks!

Everyone was spot on in each area; from answering the phone pleasantly, getting information correct; giving me the estimate, keeping me informed about the car. Explaining each detail to me. Going over what all was done, how much it cost, the warranty from the fix. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure that I was very happy with the service I received. My car was cleaned and looked way better than when I took it to their location. I will refer this site to other family and friends should they need service.

I was involved in an accident and I can honestly say that Gerber Collision took away a lot of the added stress. Becky was great at getting me schedule to come in for the inspect. She was polite and worked with my schedule. After bringing in the vehicle I was taken care of quickly. After they started working on the vehicle they noticed additional damage. They were quick to keep me updated and were there to help answer any questions. That additional damage brought my return date out an additional week but Gerber was able to get it done as soon as the parts came in and even finished a full two days before the extended deadline. When I came to pick up the vehicle Chris was very knowledgeable and polite. He provided me with all of the information, answered all of my questions, and pointed out everything when we did the walk around of my ... vehicle. I am very pleased with my experience!
