The new repair center is approximately 24,000 square feet in size and will operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. Chicago, Illinois - August 14, 2012 - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the opening of a two new repair centers in North Carolina and one in Georgia. The Boyd Group now operates 151 locations in the U.S.

The first repair center is located in Concord, North Carolina and was previously known as Turn 2 Collision. It is approximately 10,000 square feet in size. The second center in Havelock, North Carolina previously operated as Robert's Body Shop and is approximately 20,000 square feet in size. Chicago, Illinois -- June 29, 2012 -- The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the acquisition of a collision repair center in Burlington, Washington. The Boyd Group now owns and operates 13 locations in Washington, which brings the total number of U.S. locations to 142.

The new repair center, previously known as Burlington Collision, will operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. June 20, 2012 - Gerber Collision & Glass ("Gerber") hosted their 5th Annual Peanut Butter Rally on June 8 at locations in Rockford and Loves Park, Illinois. The rally collects peanut butter and cash donations to help the Rock River Valley Pantry feed hungry children throughout the summer months.

Local radio stations broadcasted live from both shops while Gerber employees served lunch to the crowd and gathered donations throughout the day.
