Chicago, Illinois – March 4, 2019 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced today it is entering its 27th state with the acquisition of a multi-store operation consisting of 18 collision repair centers located in New York.

These repair centers are located throughout New York, including the market areas around the cities of Albany, Buffalo and Syracuse. The centers, located in Buffalo (3 stores), Amsterdam, Ballston, East Syracuse, Hamburg, Horseheads, Jamestown, Olean, Oneonta, Scotia, Sennett, Syracuse, Tonawanda, Watertown, Wheatfield and Yorkville, have operated as Carubba Collision, which originated in 1955.

This location previously operated as Sofia’s Auto Body. Lake Havasu City is located on the shores of Lake Havasu and brings approximately 750,000 visitors to the area annually. December 8, 2009 - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the acquisition of Big Sky Autobody in Arizona and the opening of a new start-up in Georgia. Big Sky Autobody is a regional operator of four collision repair centers in Arizona with three centers located in Tucson and one in Avondale. These four centers will be re-branded under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. The new start-up is located in Rome, Georgia and is approximately 12,000 square feet in size. With these five new facilities, Gerber Collision & Glass now operates 11 centers in Arizona, seven in Georgia and 53 overall in the U.S.

October 9, 2009 - The Boyd Group Inc. ("Boyd Group") has acquired Advanced Auto Body's Anthem, Arizona location, which will now operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. This acquisition was completed on October 6, 2009. The new location is approximately 16,200 square feet in size, and is well located to help serve consumers and insurance clients in the growing north suburban Phoenix market. With this acquisition, Boyd Group now owns and operates seven locations in the Phoenix, Arizona market, as part of its 85 centres in North America (37 centres in Canada and 48 centers in the U.S.).

August 18, 2009 - The Boyd Group Inc. ("Boyd Group") has acquired Diamondback Collision Center, in Glendale, Arizona, which will now operate under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. This acquisition was completed on August 10, 2009. The new location is approximately 18,000 square feet and well located in an area to help serve consumers and insurance clients in the northwest suburban Phoenix area. Including this acquisition, Boyd Group now owns and operates 37 centres in Canada and 47 centers in the U.S., for a total of 84 centres in North America.
