I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service of Gerber Collision Zephyrhills, FL location. The body work completed on my vehicle went over and beyond my expectations. They did an EXCELLENT job to say the least!! Gerber's receptionist, Ray was AWESOME! She was very helpful and informative. I would like to specifically recognize the Manager/Estimate at this location Rylee Etherton for his honesty and excellent service. It's hard to find honest people these days when money is involved but I can assure that Rylee is one of the few that are left. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication put into repairing my vehicle. It's no wonder he's the Manager at this location, his work ethic speaks for itself. After running over road debris, I had to have the front bumper cover replaced on my minivan. Gerber in Zephyrhills did an excellent job and I'm very satisfied with the results. Additionally, I want to thank both Rylee and Rae for being efficient, professional, and very friendly. If I need any future body work, I'll definitely go back to Gerber in Zephyrhills.

I tried to buff out a few tiny chips and scratches on my car by myself. Big mistake. I made a mess of the finish. At the recommendation of the car dealership I stopped by the Zephyrhills Gerber location. Rylee quickly buffed out the blemishes with the professional equipment and skill. My car looks pristine again. Couldn't thank Rylee enough for fixing my foolish mistake.

When experiencing an issue with a deflector that I had installed wrong, I stopped by this business. I cannot begin to give adequate praise re: the employee's help that I received. I had thought that I had little recourse to correct my problem. Rylee E. was not only able to help me out but did so with such professionalism that I would truly return there for any work I needed to have done and would definitely send any friends in need to this place.

I know that they are in the collision repair but they don't have to do quality work. Unfortunately we had to use them a few times and our cars have come out better than show room condition. Thanks for always doing a great job!

Right from my first visit to Gerber's I was impressed, Rae greeted me with a curtious and pleasant attitude. Rylee was very informative and pleasant to deal with. The service that I received and the professionalism were second to none. my car received the best of care and was in show room condition when I went to pick it up. Unfortunately this is my third visit to the shop over the years for both of my vehicles. This time my Jeep took some serious damage and Liberty mutual uses Gerber as a certified warranty service provider. They are the most cordial and clean facility, with coffee, water and a pleasant smile to make your day go a little easier. Throughout the process I get updates every 2-3 days on how they are doing. They personally call me and inform me what is going on and if anything has changed. They thoroughly inspect the vehicle that would earn anyone of the military's respect from their attention to detail. The pictures and documentation found another crack I did not see which is covered by my insurance for free and was done in conjunction with my collision repairs by Gerber. They are an one-stop-shop and they do it all. I asked about these door ... handles I bought to replace in my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is trending for all owners now without Jeep/Chrysler's help or concern I found DeLors company out of Riverview who sells these things. I asked Rae if they would do it and they said a gesture of apathy they would do it for free. I mean it would've been over $50-75 a door or more and they just said they would hook me up. These are good people with an understanding of what good customer service is about. Ryley and Rae run a tight ship in Z-hills Florida and I would recommend anyone to tell your insurance this is where you want to go. Worry free environment with a shuttle service to get you home or to the car rental bldg. Give them a try, you won;t be disappointed.. read more

I brought in the car of an elderly neighbor (93) who had damaged her gasoline cap & cover, but didn't remember doing it. Explained the circumstances to Riley, as well as the fact that she has very little money and is planning on selling the car. He was able to reattach the gas cap, although not perfect, was definitely usable, and he did so without charge. He wouldn't even take the tip we wanted to give him. We will definitely recommend his Gerber shop to all our friends and neighbors. We give him 5 stars. Thank you

Brought my van in for an estimate because I had damaged the paint while trying to remove love bugs. Rylee Etherton came out and looked at the car and asked if he could have it for 10 or15 minutes. He came back a short while later and lo and behold he had repaired the damage. After asking how much I owed I was told not to worry about it, just recommend Gerber to my friends. Believe me I will! If ever I need collision repair please know that Gerber will be my first choice thanks to your wonderful employee.
