Many apologies and this amends my 24 Oct 14 input of 4 stars. It was a long week and I was very tired and perceived a scratch where I stated. The car needed a good wash and dry to truly see the fine work was done with no blemishes. Thanks Gerber Collision of Wesley Chapel for being there and doing the solid job you always have.

Great service by Rylee E., the general manager. Found me a replacement door for an older car, didn't need to be painted, and at a very fair price. Arrived when promised and in condition described. Would be happy to do business with again, but I hope I don't have to!!!

Awesome customer service. Ms. Ray, Mr. Rylee and Mr. Frank are great people and a pleasure doing business with. The estimate was accurate and completed faster than I could have imagined. I was given an initial repair time of around eight days but my truck was returned to me in less than 48 hours! The repairs were more than what I expected. I dropped off a wrecked truck and was returned a vehicle that look practically brand new. A+++++++++ to the entire Gerber's crew!!!! Customer service is excellent and anyone would be hard pressed to find a shot that can out-do them. Thanks again Gerber's crew!!!

The repair was, I think a relatively small one being estimated under $5,000. But the complications (none the fault of GCG) took what was to be a 3 day affair to one that stretched into 10 days. Through it all, I must say that Mr Rylee E. and all his staff at your Zephyrhills location conducted business from a customer service point of view at the highest professional level. That's a statement I am rarely able to make in 2014! Add to that, the end result of the work performed on my Mercedes sedan is perfect. I can't tell the post Gerber car from the one I took delivery of some 20 months ago. If you have a moment, make Rylee aware of my comments.

I stopped in late in the afternoon to have some paint looked at that vandals put on the hood of my vehicle. It was looked at quickly and found that it could be buffed out. The paint was gone in less than 30 minutes and I was told thanks for stopping in and don't worry about any charges. Great customer service. Thanks

Rylee E. and your Zephyrhills, FL shop exceeded my expectations which are always high. When my new Toyota truck was nerfed in a parking lot I was not happy. When my Toyota dealer said they used Gerber Collision I was fine with that due to my excellent relationship with them. Thanks Rylee, and Gerber, my truck is now as new...and I am very happy about that.
