She is very knowledgeable, very professional and is very outgoing to make sure the client is getting the best possible outcome. My car was clean and washed. I would give 6 stars if I could. I cannot overstate the level of service that the team at Stanwood Gerber gave me. I had just bought a brand new Ford F-250 and damaged the bumper in a grocery store parking lot after only 6 weeks. They were very sympathetic to the situation, understood the disruption of having a vehicle in repair, and made the whole process the least stressful possible. I am most impressed with the transparency and frequency of updating me on the status of my repair. I received almost daily texts that outlined progress, even when the news wasn't the best (delayed shipping because of the manufacturer). A lot of companies would avoid conveying that type of difficult info, but great service is all about putting everything on the table and I really appreciated the open communication.
