I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. I was in an accident caused by an uninsured motorist, so I was already in a FUNK. My estimator was Drew v. , and he did a great job explaining the process, the time line and what is involved with the repairs. After picking up the car, he walked through all the repairs with me answering all my questions. But not only Drew, Correen at the front office was exceptional as well, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan another employee worked with me on my vehicle pick up etc. He also, did a great job. I see why State Farm has rated this particular Gerber branch (Gig Harbor) so high. Thank you for making a crappy situation tolerable. YOU ALL ROCK>

I was in an accident right before I went on vacation. I picked Gerber Collision based on reviews through the State Farm app. Kevin, David, and Emma at Tumwater Gerber were a pleasure to work with and they kept me updated through the process. As with everything in the current times there were some delays with parts but that is not on Gerber that is just life right now. Kevin was excellent about communicating next steps during the process and was able to get my car back to me faster than I expected. Emma was very helpful when I needed to get personal items out of my vehicle when I returned from vacation. She was also able to coordinate the rental car pickup from their location so I didn't have to worry about arranging a ride or Uber/Lyft. Thank you Tumwater Gerber Collision Team for taking care of my car!

Farmers Insurance Claim Number - SLU08127 Farmers Group Property and Casualty Insurance Company. I brought my car in on February 8 for repair. When I was told to pick up the car over six weeks later, there were so many things wrong with the car that were not even issues when I dropped my car off in February. I tried dealing with the service manager to no avail. He was ultimately replaced by Adam. I cannot speak highly enough about Adam and his attention to detail and his high level of customer service. My car was returned to me in perfect condition. Before Adam, I was extremely unhappy with Gerber. Since he took over the Thorndyke location, the caliber of service and quality of repair work have returned to the high level that I experienced years ago. Thank you, Adam. Called today to inquire about some repairs to my vehicle. Talked to a real knowledgeable and friendly gal by the name of Teresa. She was very upbeat and helpful. I got all my questions answered and will be bringing in my car for repairs. So nice to see this kind of interaction.

Lilly V was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time resolving issues between two insurance claims. She kept me posted on the status of the repair and shared photos. Repair work looks - like there was never a repair. Paint color match is fabulous.

My experience was outstanding, very accommodating, professional, genuine . Lou H the general manager help me out by keeping me updated on the status of my repair work on my car. He also expedited my expected completion date of my car due to my lack of rental car funds. This is the kind of actions that real considerate people do that make them stand out, professional ! I was recently side swiped by a vehicle and took my truck to Gerber to have it fixed. They were responsive and super helpful. They kept me in the loop during the entire process and answered all my questions during the process. Megan from Gerber collision and auto glass knows exactly what she's doing. She is very knowledgeable, very professional and is very outgoing to make sure the client is getting the best possible outcome. My car was clean and washed. When I got it back they were even cool enough to deliver it to my house. I highly recommend Gerber auto collision and glass for any collision repair and glass repair
