I would give 6 stars if I could. I cannot overstate the level of service that the team at Stanwood Gerber gave me. I had just bought a brand new Ford F-250 and damaged the bumper in a grocery store parking lot after only 6 weeks. They were very sympathetic to the situation, understood the disruption of having a vehicle in repair, and made the whole process the least stressful possible. I am most impressed with the transparency and frequency of updating me on the status of my repair. I received almost daily texts that outlined progress, even when the news wasn't the best (delayed shipping because of the manufacturer). A lot of companies would avoid conveying that type of difficult info, but great service is all about putting everything on the table and I really appreciated the open communication. I also appreciated that they told me I can ... drop my rental car off at the repair center (the rental company did not mention it) and it saved my wife and I from loading up the kids in 2 cars for a long ride to pick-up. They walked me through all the repairs, and I couldn't tell that there had even been an accident to begin with. Kudos to the team, and my sincere gratitude for everything they did. Amazing build quality on the repair - our car looks showroom new! I should have had them work on MY body if I had known they can work such miracles. I would happily use them again but really, really hope that I never have to.

I sadly and very unexpectedly won a game of tag with a deer recently although won is a relative term. The damage to the right-front quarter of my Sorento was significant but without airbags deploying. The team at Gerber in Redmond kept me informed of the repair progress from day 1 through day 54 at intervals that were just right. I felt like they cared about the fact that I didn't have my car which may sound trivial but it made an impression on me. The length of the repair was affected by covid not the complexity and is totally understandable. The itemized parts list is appreciated and also the significant use of OEM parts is also appreciated. Although I hope to never need their services again I highly recommend the team at Gerber in Redmond!
