My rear bumper came loose after I backed into a pole, and the manager, Brandon, was absolutely wonderful -- fixed it fast and was great to deal with! My kudos to him and Gerber Collision, which I will definitely use again if my car needs future damage repair.

I was very happy with the customer service and the repair that was done to my vehicle. I had to wait several weeks for the estimate but after that the folks were very helpful to get me in and get the work done before my retirement and a move out of State. I will definitely look for a Gerber Collision Repair the next time I need service. Thank you to Penny and Nick, they were both very helpful!

Preston was very professional and kept my updated on progress and expectations. However, the initial eval took all of 5min. for pictures and it would have been nice to know that it would take so little time.

I love everything about this store. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. My estimator Tom was amazing. Keeping me updated 2× a week was very friendly and made me feel less stressed about my car. The receptionist was very professional and answers all my questions I had. They did everything to give me the best costumer service. I will definitely recommend this location for all of your repairs for your car. I felt my car was taken good care off.

I originally went to get an estimate (just shopping around) , Gerber scheduled me for the estimate and I waited for days to receive it (they said they were going to email it to me), I finally decided to call Gerber, I spoke with Lilly over the phone and she said she could do the estimate for me (even though she was not the person that took the initial photos) she emailed me the estimate within 30 min, she said she was going to email me at the end of the day. Although I am not proceeding with repairs at this time , I would like to thank her for stepping up and help, my experience went for extremely bad to excellent, Thanks Lilly !
