I wanted to share a bit about my visit. From beginning to end the entire staff was friendly and accomodating! Everything From my initial walk in and talking with the receptionist (Brandy?) to talking to Ron about what would be done and why it is should be done this way to picking up the car. I was very impressed with the customer and politiness at this location. I was very impressed with the paint job too....it looks clean, no orange peel, no streaks, the Pearl White seems to be matched up very well....In the full Sun of summer will really tell, But I have been looking and looking trying to find the difference and not yet. Great job to Ron Bice and Team for great service and a sharp paint job!!!! I will seach out friends to use the referral card on as I believe not in getting a gift, BUT that my friends get good service!!!!

Car door was out of alignment. Excellent work! Fast, courtious, and reasonable. Would recommend to everyone! Repeat customer, they have repaired several of our cars after accidents. Can't say enough good things!

I recently had my truck body repaired at Gerber and was surprised by the experience. First of all, it was spotless and felt like I was in a medical clinic. This body shop thing was new to me and I think Manager Ron Bice picked up on my nervousness (my dumb questions). He patiently and professionally answered all my questions, easing my mind. I received update calls as promised and picked up my truck on time as promised. This place is unbelievable!! I couldn't have been treated any better and my truck looks great, too! I will definitely tell all my friends/family about Ron and his great staff.

Recently, I had some body repair and painting work performed on my Toyota RAV 4 at the Valparaiso, IN shop. I also had similar work performed in 2011 on the same vehicle. In both cases the work was estimated and followed by Jason Kranz who demonstrated a high level of professional and customer service and communication skills. He provided a complete description of the work and answered vaious questions. He made the necessary arrangements for a rental vehicle for us while the car was in the shop. He also stayed beyond closing time as I was late to pickup the vehicle. I am a satisfied customer who will return in the future if this type of work is needed and will tell others about this favorable experience. Finally, the quality of the work was excellent.

Trusted place, friendly people from office manager, Gen. Manager & the rest of those who work there. I was on my way to the dealership to have my car repaired but remembered my gratifying experienced at Gerber in Valparaiso Indiana. My car was repaired to my satisfaction & delivered very clean & looks very new again. Keep up the highly comendable job Gerber. It was my 3rd time at Gerber. The reason is obvious, once you have trusted a place like Gerber in Valparaiso, you will always find yourself back in that place when needed. I brought my car in for some damage to the rear left passenger door and quarter panel. The gave me an approximate 8 day estimate for the repairs and got it done in 6. Overall I'm quite impressed with the repairs and any sign of the damage was eliminated. I would certainly recommend their service to any one who needs collision repair.
