Answered all my questions was very helpful, and friendly.. Finish the work ahead of schedule, the work looks exceptional and is guaranteed for life. Car was returned clean. Everything that was on the proposal was completed with new parts and the paint looks like new.. I'm very particular and was worried they may cut corners, all for nothing they did everything proposed and then some. I would use them again.

First and foremost, everyone employed at this establishment is WONDERFUL and made the entire process as smooth as possible. I brought in my car after someone hit it in a parking lot while I was at work. I was so worried about the whole process of everything, given that I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars, but the staff was so welcoming and explanatory that the worry washed right away. Emily, the woman who corresponded with me through emails and did my original intake, is a godsend. I couldn't get through to state farm and she got on the line and fixed everything effortlessly. She was so nice throughout the entire process and I appreciate her endlessly. Always responded to any questions or concerns promptly, above all customer service. Joe, the gentleman who ran my estimate, was so pleasant and explanatory as well with the ... continuous updates on my vehicle. Bill, the gentleman who drove me over to enterprise after intake, is such a kind soul who did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my mess of a car, wow! Tim, the gentleman who worked on my car, did an EXEMPLARY job. When I first came out to see the vehicle at pick up, it looked brand new! You cannot even tell it was in an accident. Of course, a big shout out to Ron as well for his oversight and his welcoming customer service. I am so beyond grateful for the generosity and care this team has taken in getting this resolved for me. If I could, I'd give everyone single one of them a raise for their dedication and hard work. I highly urge any upper management to take their hard work and exemplary customer service into consideration towards their compensation. From a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I was never made to feel lesser than or an inconvenience. I truly appreciate this shop and will recommend highly to any friends or colleagues. Have a wonderful holiday season and continue to be great. read more

The Gerber Team is truly phenomenal. The 2 wonderful women that work in the front office were so kind and compassionate. Having my 1st wreck at 30 years old, I was terrified and hesitant when choosing a repair shop. The Gerber Team made me feel safe and ensured that I was well informed every step of the way. My car looks better than it did when it was brand new! I hope to never see them again (haha), but if I ever do need repairs in the future, my business will be with Gerber.
