This was my second time at Gerber and I cannot say enough nice things about them. I was involved in a hit and run and was told that it would take around 8 business days to fix. My car was finished in 3 business days and it looks amazing. The entire staff at Gerber is friendly and so helpful! I would recommend them to anyone!

And Ron made sure that I was completely satisfied with my repairs. He even took the time to address some minor concerns I had. I would give this facility and its employees a 10/10. I felt that the transition from towing my car to the facility to picking it up was very smooth. I especially appreciated that they kept me updated twice weekly on how the repair was going. This is unheard of in my hometown, and I certainly was grateful for this treatment because I am an out-of-state student at Valparaiso University. They worked with my parents' and my schedule to make picking the car up the easiest procedure possible, which I liked. Everyone's work ethic is impeccable, and I would certainly use their services again if I need them.
