you have a wonderful staff at the gerber in valpo. Ron always very personal and paid attention to every detail. we have had a few car accidents and we never hesitate the decision where to take the vehicle, we wouldn't take it any where else. Brandy, receptionist should be given an extra thank you she is always so pleasant and gives courtesy updates on the status of the repairs, your company is very lucky to have her

The day of the accident, Gerber was very helpful and made the stress easier to handle - called Enterprise for me, contacted my ins agent, etc. Just a very good experience and it was nice to have such wonderful customer service!
