My repairs were done in such great time and with such amazing people. They always communicated very well with me on the time and expense of my repairs. Ron, Brandee and Jason go beyond the regular service that I would expect. I would highly recomend this Gerber office to any of my friends. Thank you for being so helpful.

Your Valpo office and crew really know how to treat a customer. Interactions were professional, friendly and to the point. They were able to complete my repair on the day promised even though the parts were delivered behind schedule to the facility… they called me when the repair was completed, which was close to closing time and waited the extra few minutes for me to pick up the car. Both the manager and young man that wrote up my order were every bit as service focused as before even though it was past normal hours; they actually thanked me for picking up the car after hours. Most impressive was the service I received when dropping the car off for the repair… My appointment was scheduled for a drop off between 8:00 and 8:30. I called at 8:20 to let the office know that i would be there at 8:30, but that I had a meeting approximately 30 ... minutes away and asked if they could call Enterprise a few minutes ahead of my arrival. I had prepared myself for a bit of resistance because in the past other companies, not Gerber, were unwilling to start a process ahead of my arrival - those companies were more focused on their convenience. Your team in Valparaiso had Enterprise waiting there for me, the young man that had given me the quote the weekend before was standing at the door waiting for me with the paper work ready and actually met me in the parking lot to take the keys, the staff in the office had everything prepared and let me know immediately what to expect and when they hoped to have the work done. I left your facility 4 minutes after opening the door to my car in the rental they provided and I never felt rushed… Your Valpo office made me feel like my time and my needs were the most important thing in their lives at that moment. They were as concerned about making my meeting on time as I was. I own a small service related business and I'll be using Gerber Collision and Glass as an example of how to treat a customer and earn loyalty. Actually, I haven't even seen the repair yet. It was dark when I picked up the car and haven't gone out to look at it this morning. I was so impressed with the customer service that I'm confident the repair will be to my satisfaction and if not that your Valpo crew will make it right. Very impressive! Without question, the customer service provided was outstanding. Work performed on my Suburban was excellent. From the painters in the back working on vehicles to the nice young lady at the front desk; all of them (management included) should be commended for the care they take of each and every customer. I am a returning customer and will continue to return if need be.

Excellent customer service. All the staff were courteous and friendly. They kept me updated regarding the status of my vehicle and left messages whenever I was unable to answer my phone. My old truck looked brand new again when they were done! Kudos to Ron (the manager) and all the staff!!!

Due to a good experience at another Gerber location, after I was in an accident, Gerber was the first place i went for an estimate. They were also the place I got the work done after 4 other estimates all higher than at Gerber. Plus, Gerber gave me a free rental to use for the week while they worked on my car. No where else offered this service. I was originally told the repairs would be done starting monday and not be completed until Friday that week. However, i received a surprise phone call on Wednesday saying the car was done! Not only was Gerber the cheapest repair shop i visited, but also the most professional, courteous, and quick repair shop i could ask for. And on top of all this, the repair job looks perfect. With the perfect paint match and spotless dent removal, it looks better than ever. They also worked with me to bring the ... cost down as I was not filing with an insurance company.
