Tampa, FL - 9002 Adamo Dr

I've been to the Gerber Collision & Glass Tampa location twice with my Nissan Frontier and had a positive experience during both visits. Management is professional and the staff is friendly. At my second visit, they paid the cost of my rental car for two days while my vehicle was being serviced. They were also excellent in keeping me posted on the progress of my vehicle so that I had an accurate idea of when to pick it up. This place has fantastic customer service and does great work!

The handling process and updates of my service was great and easy. Staff was super friendly. So far my car rides like a champ and there are no issues. There was minor things wrong when I first got it back but they are handling them. All in all a easy friendly experience.

This was a very unique case were the insurance company of the other driver was paying part of the damage and since the beginning of negotiations with them, Britt H. was a great asset to have. Britt helped us get a proper estimate of the damages and guided us thru the repair process. Once the repair was scheduled, the turnaround time was spot on and we were updated every step of the way . Britt and the team made us feel at ease during this stressful time and would certainly recommend and use again.
