Gerber Collision and Glass repaired my vehicle back in June 2015 after a hailstorm. I wrote a review back then applauding the excellent customer service rendered by one of its estimators Mr. John T. I was parked in a grocery store parking lot several months after my initial repair, when I discovered a shopper had scratched and damaged my vehicle down through the paint and metal. I returned to have my vehicle repaired at Gerber, but this time rather than go through my insurance I paid out of pocket. I was assisted again by Mr. John T and Mr. Mario M. Both these gentlemen were not only fair and reasonable regarding their estimate, but I found John and Mario to be extremely polite and professional; and they both offered stellar customer service. I also had the occasion to meet Nick the General Manager, and I found him to be very polite and ... professional as well. (Polite customer service resonates well with me, and keeps me coming back for more good service when I spend my hard earned dollars). As a retired trial lawyer in two states, both in Texas and Illinois, I have had the occasion to do business with lots of merchants, however I have discovered none equal to my customer service experience at Gerber. I was very satisfied with the autobody repair work as well as the excellent customer service/care/attention provided to me during my last unfortunate service. Mr. Mario went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my autobody work upon completion. He was very patient and made sure I was please with the repair work I received and I highly recommend Gerber to family and friends.

Someone hit my daughter, Deja J. and this is where their insurance company recommended I take my car... From the 1st telephone call w/Brooke, to the day I took my car in JoAnne and when I met my estimator Jose R (OUTSTANDING GUY)... Top Notch customer service straight across the board. Service was great! I felt like I was kept in the loop while my car was being fixed and everyone was so nice. When I came to pick up my car today, an unsavory character came into the shop. He was loitering and tried to steal a vehicle that was about to be taken into the service area. The receptionist alerted the estimator, and he told the intruder to exit the vehicle. The police were called and the man was arrested. Before the police came, the people at Gerber Collision had my son and me go into the back to stay safe. They gave him a juicebox and crayons so that he wouldn't be upset and they stood guarding us from the arrest. When the incident was cleared up, I had my hands full with my young son, carseat, and bags in hand and still had to return the rental car. One of the members at Gerber returned my rental car for me so that I could ... attend to my son and follow in my car to the rental facility. We were shown such hospitality and felt like they treated us like their own family.
