I was very satisfied with the work performed. Everything was delivered on time and kept to schedule, from the greeting at the reception to picking up the car it was an overall pleasant experience. Marlon was very thorough in getting the front bumper fixed right. I had done the same work elsewhere and had to try someone else because it wasn't done correctly, came here and now the problem is gone. May God blesses Marlon and all his team!

Had to point out couple of things wrong w my car after it was fixed but it was addressed very quickly very attentive shop nice attitudes although I wasnt very pleasant.

Mr. Mario was a pleasure to work with. He called me every Tuesday and Thursday to keep me updated on the auto repair. He made sure that everything was in order and gave me an great experience with Gerber Coll. Office. I have came to learn and love the staff. This is a wonderful place of business. I want to Thank Gerber Collision in South Holland, the service was fantastic, all of the employees were great, I would like to send 2 shout outs to Mario & the young lady at the front desk, I forgot her name, but their Customer Service was GREAT, I am a Manager for Kohls so I know great service, I have already passed the good word around my job, I need to get more of u all business cards, I give this company on a scale from 1 - 10 a 10 +++. I was there twice in a matter of weeks. My car & then my daughter car, I was a nervous wreck, but the experience with your company made me feel at ease, as much as I love u guys. I don't want to come back at all, but if I have to I would run back. Thank You Gerber
