I wanted to let someone higher up know how amazing my service experience was this week at the Roswell Location. I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning to have some repairs done from a small wreck recently. I immediately was greeted by name from Ashley at the front. She already had Enterprise rental on the phone to come pick me up. The entire process was about 20 minutes from start to finish. Same exact thing today when I went to pick up my car. I am in retail banking where customer service is our #1 priority. I constantly look for great customer service experiences so I can give praise where praise is due. Boomer LaChine was friendly, courteous and kept me up to date on all progress. The shop was easy to deal with and made me feel like a valued customer. I appreciated the call about wanting to fix an issue found upon quality control. That shows me that quality is taken seriously and customer service ranks high. I am very satisfied with all the staff I encountered and the conversations I had including the resident Manager, whose name escapes me. I felt listened to and my concerns taken seriously. Should I have another issue I will keep this Gerber location on my contact list.

I was extremely impressed with the whole process of my car repairs at Gerber Collision in Roswell. I had taken my car there before and had excellent service and had been very impressed by the fact that my car was ready when they said it would be and they gave it back to me cleaner than when I took it there. This time I had driven it in with a rattling noise after 2 separate incidents of impact with the car. Emily and Jennifer calmed me down and were very willing to work with me without pressuring me at any time. First, they took their time to assess the exact cause of the damage, and saved me money. Then they had the patience to work around my crazy schedule, and gave me great price, I would send any of my friends and co-workers there in a hearbeat. Thank you!

Had two great experiences with Jennifer at the North Alpharetta, Georgia store on Alpharetta highway. Both times they were very attentive and cooperative. They delivered great service at a great price: paint and bump work was excellent and delivered right on schedule. Jennifer is a great customer reprentative.
