I have been very pleased with the service I received from this company while repairing my vehicle. Brittany has been nothing but a pleasure to have had the experience of meeting and working with. She has made me feel nothing but welcome from beginning to the end. She stayed in consistent communication with me during the repair to my vehicle. The whole staff here has been very nice and welcoming as well. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle here again if it is ever in need of a body repair. Thank you all for a good experience during my car time of need.

Gerber Collision & Glass is amazing! :D We had a simple issue with a tailgate that wouldn't latch on our minivan. I had received several outrageous estimates from other local body shops... :( Customer Service agent Alicia B and technician John T were both amazing! Alicia greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease (in a comfortable chair in their beautiful, brand-new waiting room) while John expertly repaired our vehicle (on the spot in under 10 minutes)! It all happened so quickly that she didn't even charge me for this service. <:o Gerber Collision & Glass gets my highest rating!!!

I had an extremely complex claim that took almost 18 months to resolve and involved 2 insurance companies and multiple rounds of estimates. It was an accident where I was not at fault and my insurance company told me to seek reimbursement through the liable party's insurance. In the end an employee who is no longer at Gerber ended up billing the wrong insurance company MINE and then coming after me for the deductible. After multiple email exchanges with the at fault insurance company and their adjuster, Gerber had still not been fully reimbursed for my claim, and Charlice F was given the responsibility to try and recover the remaining funds from me. I was very upset when I explained to her the full history of the claim and how I was not even the at fault party, that Gerber had billed the wrong insurance company. Despite my temper she was ... very professional and calm and worked with me to understand the claim history and what had been done. I shared the background with her and she immediately reached out to the at fault insurance company representative and was able to get the claim fully resolved on her first day of working on the claim. I just want to say that I have worked with many people at Gerber over the years and Charlice is the most competent, professional and kind representative I have worked with. She should be commended for her interpersonal skills and calm working with emotional customers (me). Please pass on my thanks for her kind handling of my case. read more

My wife's SUV had a clip that was loose and causing the vehicle to hang off slightly. My first thought was to take it to Gerber and have Ms. Brittany take a look at it. She had previously worked on my son's SUV and did a fantastic job, earning my trust with her excellent service. I'm a big believer in great customer service and high-quality work, and Ms. Brittany consistently delivers both. She came out to examine the SUV, quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part. Once the part arrived, she gave us a call, and we brought the SUV back in. To my surprise and appreciation, she personally installed the part herself. It's truly refreshing to see someone who loves their job and takes pride in making customers happy. Thank you so much, Ms. Brittany. I wish you continued success and blessings in all that you do.

They clean the whole outside of our Toyota Camry Convertible, polished the front and rear lights and removed scuff marks besides the repair of the front bumper and drivers side fender. The car being more than 10 years old it looks like it just came a showroom floor.
