The battery was dead, so I think they might have accidentally left it on but luckily someone was still at the shop to jump me. I appreciated the updated calls from Jim throughout my repair process giving me continual updates about where in the repair process my vehicle was. The repair is perfect with no visible signs that there was ever any damage.
