I was so impressed with the service at Gerber in Sharpsburg. My experience was seamless. I made one call to my insurance company, and Gerber handled the rest. They kept me informed bi-weekly about the progress of my car, and they were available anytime for questions. My car looks great and drives great. Shout out to Kelsey and Jane for all their help!

Everyone at this facility was just so great, informative, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and left a great impression. Randy L. was my Estimator & he went so above & beyond to make sure that my experience was always informed. I would recommend this company to everyone & the warranty was amazing. If you need anything with the work done you can take it back for the lifetime you own the car, & if you move they have other locations all over North America. The finished product was amazing. You could not tell that anything had even been damaged. The paint color came out perfect, which is a hard thing to match. Randy went above & beyond to even vacuum, and wash the car before pickup.
