My Honda came back to me so PRETTY! the process with this company has been excellent both times we have been here. My husband had his car worked on and it was perfect! Customer service is great. Thank you for fixing my car, some may have said it was small but you fixed it knowing it mattered to me :)

I had a very positive experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. The manager, Scott, kept me informed with progress updates of the work on my vehicle. It is not apparent that the vehicle was in an accident.

Rear bumper damaged when uninsured motorist backed up into our unoccupied car in a parking lot. Took our car into Gerber Collision on 5/18/21 and it was done the next day. New bumper installed, painted, and even a few minor scratches not due to the insured incident were touched up. Jason was super easy and helpful to deal with. The whole process was explained completely and we were updated frequently on completion date. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing auto body repair.

Gerber Collision and the staff at the Beaverton, OR location exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We are extremely grateful to Luis, the manager, and Morgan, in particular, who made the whole experience wonderful- beginning to end. My car needed repairs after a small accident in Oct 2020, and we immediately filed a claim with our insurance and set up an appointment with Gerber Collision. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, however, right as we were dropping off my Ford Escape, an emergency occured with our other car, causing us to cancel the appointment and prioritize getting our other car fixed at the dealership. We procrastinated for months and other priorities took over, and we finally realized we needed to get it fixed before our baby was born! So in May 2021 I rescheduled with Gerber, and the staff ... remembered me and our situation and were again, very accommodating and fit us into their schedule within weeks. The staff was courteous and followed Covid guidelines, but I was most impressed with the diligent follow-ups and regular communications I received after dropping off the car for service. Morgan was extremely patient with my questions and request to provide written clarification on our claim coverage and charges, and Luis stayed back after 5pm on the day of pick-up as that was the only time that worked for us to collect our vehicle. The quality of work was phenomenal, they even vacuumed the interior of the car to get it baby-ready for us. The car was also ready well before the original date given. Overall, the quality and customer service at this Gerber location was outstanding to say the least. I highly recommend them! read more

I chose this location because of the good ratings. The service I received not only met but exceeded my expectations. Very thorough in explaining the repairs that would be done, excellent communication daily while car was being repaired, repairs were completed earlier than expected, quality work, and my car was delivered to my home when complete.
