I was particularly impressed by the person who performed the vehicle's estimate. He was thorough, well-equipped, and receptive to what I saw as concerns. Never defensive. Once we received the vehicle back (sooner than expected) all my concerns had been addressed.

My 2015 Nissan was involved in an accident which damaged my bumper and surrounding area on the driver's side. Gerber Collision & Glass on SW 141st, Beaverton exceeded my expectations. As anyone involved in an accident knows, an accident (even a minor like mine) is extremely stressful. So many unknows. The office staff kept me apprised of the status, the manager of my account was friendly, respectful, and open. Two weeks later the Repair looked perfect.....and I was able to leave my loaner at the Gerber location. Gerber was recommended by State Farm. I love State Farm and now I love Gerber Collision and Glass as well. Thanks everyone
