We had professional service and communication beyond expectations! Local manager entered into discussion with insurance company to save us the agony of being in between both parties. This saved us anxiety and confusion. One small electrical issue was resolved quickly. We are pleased with the finish product and highly recommend their services!!

There was some confusion and communication problems at first but they made it right at the end. Excellent service and work was done on my 2008 F-350 Truck. They matched the color of my truck perfectly which I know with older rigs can be challenging. They were up to that challenge. Good job and I appreciate them making good on the communication problems.

Luis and his crew at the Beaverton Gerber Collision and Glass were exceptionally helpful. They were thorough in their explanation of the work that was to be done and the estimated time frame. And they worked extra hard to get the car done faster when I told them there were some time constraints. All around very friendly and best of all, they did great work. Would recommend them and would go to them again.

Customer service from the very 1st phone call was helpful kind professional and productive. Something that we rarely see anymore these days. Several years ago we had a windshield replaced here and they were excellent then too!
