Gonzalo Z. Chris H. , secretary, all were so good to me and I appreciate everything so very much. Great work on my back bumper and I really appreciate them taking time to detail my car. They also buffed a bad place on my front bumper. Thank you all so much. Very professional and friendly. Took my car in on late Monday afternoon and had it back Friday afternoon. That was awesome to get it back so quick. I would recommend them to friends and family. Great people and a very good place. Very happy with the way my Honda accord looks ! Excellent ! I live in SE Kansas and while coming back from a trip to Tulsa, OK. my air-conditioner tore up and caused the Van to brake down. While I was at assessing the damage, my wife was talking to a gentlemen in the store and he came out and began to help us. We got the van down to the Gerber Collision and Glass shop on 81st N, Owasso, OK. I want to thank all the ladies in the front who made us comfortable saw to it we had drinks and they were so pleasant. I want to give a special thanks to your employee: Brian Hightower, who went way beyond the call of duty. Through his efforts got us to the shop, and getting us in the shop right away and figuring out away to fix it so it would run with out air-conditioning. We got home safely and for that I thank all who helped us to get there. God bless all those at your Owasso OK facility.

We recently purchased a used car. It had a few areas that needed touched up on the rear bumper and spoiler. This is our third car that we have had repair work completed by Gerber. They have always done a great job making it look new again. Everyone is always friendly and I really like how they keep you updated on the repair process thru texting.

The customer service was nice and friendly, and everyone who work there that i ran into was very nice and kind. Moreover, the work was done flawlessly. The part of the car where it got fixed looks brand new. Plus, they went above and beyond and fixed the other part of the car where it was not included in the estimate. I'm much grateful for their excellent service and workmanship! I highly recommend this autoshop to everyone
